Imaan Networking is a network for professional Muslim women in London, we promote and develop our members both in a personal and professional capacity. This is attained by offering members the opportunity to intellectually socialise with other professionals who understand and appreciate the challenges of balancing career aspirations, family life and networking in the city with the deepest desire of adhering to a core set of values and a deeper meaning of life. While at the same time keeping secure above all, that during this reflective journey their Imaan is not compromised.Imaan Networking
- supports Muslim professional women in their careers, for example specific training, support in career progression, as well as offering opportunities to be mentored by other successful Muslim women in like or different careers.
- creates positive, comfortable, modest social networking environments for professionals which are focused on betterment, personal growth through knowledge and inclusive for all.
- strives to become a highly visible forum of Muslim Professionals that lead as role models in our society and support our communities.
Imaan Networking strongly believes that we as individuals have a duty to our own soul, this duty is to learn something new everyday and impact someones life positively. To enable us to fulfil this duty we need to interact and immerse ourselves within our communities. Tear down the barriers that have no foundations in our faith as well as build bridges by focusing on our common goals. As individuals we should recognise the good in all and disregard the bad, therefore we should focus on what unites us as Muslims and human beings, mutually accepting all.
Those of our faith believe that when the hour comes only our pure intention and good deeds will benefit us, so let’s invest in ourselves.
